I am appalled. Look, nobody is perfect, but if you are following the news lately, it seems to be loaded with stories of bribes, scandals, assault, lack of compliance, and other inappropriate behavior. Organizational trust is gained when leadership demonstrates consistent behavior, clear communications, follow through and transparency.
